Work Billing helps contractors and small businesses track partners, clients, job cards, statements of work, and invoices, so unlike a purely stateless tool, the business data you enter is stored so it can be retrieved and used later.

  • •Business data you enter: company details, partner and client records, job cards, statements of work, and invoices. This data is scoped to your company and workspace and is not visible to other customers.
  • •Log data: your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of requests, used for security, debugging, and keeping the Service stable.
  • •Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not have access to or store your card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Data

  • •Your data is stored securely for as long as your account is active, so it remains available to you across sessions. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time.
  • •HTTPS/TLS encryption protects data in transit between your browser and our servers. We enforce HTTPS for all connections and use modern TLS protocols.
  • •Our application is hosted on infrastructure that provides physical and network security controls, high availability, and industry-standard compliance. All processing occurs within our hosting provider's and database provider's secure environments.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for essential functions, such as processing payments (Stripe) and hosting our application and database. These third parties may have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies to understand their practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.

We reserve the right to change our prices and pricing structure at our discretion.

5. Refunds

If the Service doesn't work for you, we will refund your subscription payment through Stripe. Send us a message detailing the issue and we'll process your refund promptly.
